COMBINATION MARK

DUSIT ZOO LOGO

Since the target market of Dusit zoo is children, so I decided to make the logo look amusing, enjoyable, and babyish. I decided to use a character as simple as giraffe in the logo as the giraffe is commonly knows among children. The logo is aiming to capture attention from children and hoping that they will recognize and remember the logo and also what it represents.

STATE RAILWAY OF THAILAND LOGO

I try to make the logo look contemporary, aiming to communicate to the audiences that now the state railway of Thailand is of global standard, while at the same time still able to sense the sacred history of the great Thai’s railway.

LETTER DESIGN 'JK'

The alphabet J and K come from the first letter of my first name and last name, Jantarapassorn Kittinuttakul, and all the designs are based mainly on my opinion and attitude.

"The reflection"

The contrasting black and white in the design indicates that there are two sides to everything.

"The connection"

In nature we never see anything isolated, but everything in connection with something else which is before it, beside it, under it and over it.

"The simplicity"

The design shows clearly the straightforwardness. Sometimes one have to chill out more, live a life as if one were a child. No complexity.

THE FAULTLESS FLAWS

The imperfection of this figure indicates that no one’s born perfect; it is all the flaws that make one perfect. Just like looking at this figure, if you think it’s round, it’s round. If you think it’s not, then it’s not. All the flaws in life work the same way, if one considers them as the flaws, then they will always be the flaws, but if one looks at them another way round, as if they are great life lessons, then they certainly will be more than just the flaws. And this is what the faultless flaws means to me.
